Heavy Equipment Operator
Full Time
Primary Responsibilities:
-
Operate all equipment safely and efficiently
-
Dig ditches or trenches, back-fill excavations and level earth to grade specifications
-
Take Proper Care of Equipment
-
Perform pre-operation and post-operation inspection of the equipment
-
Identify and relay any potential issues immediately
-
Communicate, follow directions and work successfully with employers, crew members, and supervisors
-
Work independently and as part of a team
-
Safely and comfortably work around heavy equipment
-
Be willing to perform different types of manual labor if required including, but not limited to lifting, using pry bars, hand tools and shoveling.
Job Requirements:
-
Minimum 2 years' experience operating heavy equipment (multiple types preferred IE. excavator, loader, skidsteer, grader)
-
Previous utility and excavation experience preferred
-
Ability to understand and follow specific instructions
-
Have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, good communication skills and be very safety oriented

Be dependable, punctual and have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
Field Service Tech.
Full Time
Primary Responsibilities:
-
Candidate performs diagnosis, service, maintenance, repair, and overhaul in accordance with
manufacturers’ recommendations & specifications -
Ensures that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.

Performs equipment & vehicle repairs as required in shop or in field locations as required year round.
-
Repairs heavy equipment & vehicles, removing/replacing components.
-
Identify and communicate any potential problems immediately
-
Uses diagnostic procedures and test equipment to identify and correct faults
-
Performs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, & electronic diagnoses
-
Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations.
-
Display a positive attitude, with the ability to inspire motivation and confidence

Analytical problem solver with attention to detail.

Maintain advanced knowledge of engine, emission systems, transmission, brake, hydraulic and electrical systems of heavy equipment & vehicles used by Company to ensure ability to perform advanced preventive and repair maintenance functions.

Assist to ensure fleet appearance is maintained to company standards.

Operates shop equipment including cranes, welders, compressors, presses, grinders, heavy hand tools, & tire servicing equipment

Lifts, moves &/or installs heavy parts and assemblies safely, using basic tooling & PPEKnowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations
Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years prior experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Minimum 5 years prior experience as a Diesel Mechanic.

High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Good understanding of the mechanical aspects of the equipment

Bookkeeper
Full Time
Primary Responsibilities:
-
Manage and record all accounting and financial transactions day to day and complete the posting process
-
Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct ledger
-
Bring the books to the trial balance stage
-
Perform partial checks of the posting process
-
Complete tax forms
-
Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
-
Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
-
Prepare budget forecasts
-
Publish financial statements in a timely matter
-
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
-
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
-
Ensure timely bank payments
Job Requirements:
-
Create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process payroll, accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments.

Hold a Finance degree (preferably followed by accounting courses) or equivalent work experience and is an expert with QuickBooks software.

Accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company and report directly to the company CPA & ownership regarding the financial position of the business and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience with hauling heavy equipment and/or operating a dump truck

Minimum 2 years mountain driving experience

Clean MVR and current DOT medical card

Good understanding of the mechanical aspects of the equipment
-
Have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and good communication skills
-
Ability to understand and follow specific instructions

Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and random testing throughout employment

Be dependable, punctual and have reliable transportation to and from the truck location
